Statutory Declaration

There may be occasions where you will be asked to formally provide a legal statement in which you are confirming something to be true. This is known as a Statutory Declaration and which must be sworn by a Solicitor, Commissioner of Oaths or Notary Public. This may be asked of you by a bank, a government agency or many other organisations. If you require a document of this nature drawn, do get in contact.
